Chicago Magazine produces an annual list of 100 people with the most influence and power in the city, and Robert A. Clifford is on that list again for 2014. Moving up a spot from last year to 76th place on this prestigious list that includes a U.S. Senator, venture capitalist billionaires and, of course, Rahm Emanuel, Chicago’s mayor.
