Robert A. Clifford has been invited to speak at a two-day seminar in New Orleans on “Litigating Automobile Class Actions.”
For the second consecutive year, Clifford will be participating in the Law Seminars International program on “Interacting with the Government: Managing Relationships with Investigatory and Regulatory Agencies.” He will offer the plaintiff’s perspective as one of the class action attorneys representing thousands of Volkswagen owners who were part of the diesel engine scandal that recently settled.
The program will be held at the Ritz-Carlton hotel Dec. 6-7.
