A 30-year-old man who died due to medical negligence from failing to timely diagnose and treat a staph aureus surgical site infection after a back surgery. Infection progressed to staph aureus meningitis. Decedent left behind his parents and four siblings.

A $6 million verdict was obtained on behalf of a 41-year-old woman who died as a result of opioid addiction while under the care of a pain management physician.

Plaintiff died due to catastrophic injuries suffered from a three-story fall down an elevator shaft.
