Erin Clifford, Partner and Managing Director of Clifford Law Offices, spoke to a packed room of law students and lawyers as part of the inaugural First Generation Mentorship Kickoff Reception sponsored by the Diversity Scholarship Foundation on November 6.

“Top 10 Strategies for the Legal Profession to Reimagine Wellness” was the title of her talk held at Hinshaw & Culbertson, which provided practical strategies to support mental health, balance, and resilience while shaping a healthier legal community.

The goal of the event was to help first-generation law students become more comfortable with the transition to law school by connecting them with attorneys across Chicago, according to Illinois Appellate Court Justice Jesse Reyes, President of the organization.

Erin provided attendees with a copy of her USA Today Bestselling book, “Wellness Reimagined: A Holistic Approach to Health, Happiness, and Harmony,” a practical and empowering guide to helping busy professionals create a flexible, fulfilling wellness routine tailored to their unique needs and goals.
