Erin E. Clifford, Managing Director of Clifford Law Offices and wellness coach and consultant, presented a free one-hour continuing legal education (CLE) webinar program on Thursday, June 12, 2025.
“Reimagining Wellness for Lawyers – Strategies to Thrive at Work and Life” examined how to redefine wellness by approaching it through a more holistic, self-compassionate lens. Specifically, lawyers learned how to lead a more harmonious life by building resilience and establishing clear boundaries. Lawyers also explored avenues to foster a positive mindset, build community in both their personal and professional lives, and discovered strategies to integrate self-care practices into their busy lives, increasing overall work performance and life satisfaction.
Erin Clifford holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from DePaul College of Law and a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Illinois, a National Certified Counselor, and is certified as a holistic wellness coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She also holds the highest credential in wellness coaching as a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).
Her first book, “Wellness Reimagined: A Holistic Approach to Health, Happiness, and Harmony,” published by Forefront Books, was released on May 6. It hit USA Today’s Best Sellers list in its first week out and has continued to climb to the list’s Top 10.
The CLE program was approved for CLE credit in seven states, including Illinois, Ohio, Missouri, and Iowa. The program was available for live credit or viewing after posting.
