Kevin P. Durkin, partner at Clifford Law Offices, will be speaking at the 60th Annual Southern Methodist University Air Law Symposium on the “Update on the Boeing MAX Litigation.”
Durkin traveled to dozens of countries over the past seven years, involving the litigation against Boeing in the crash of a 737 MAX8 jet in Ethiopia that killed all 157 on board. He will be speaking on March 31 at the two-day conference on this complex litigation. Clifford Law Offices represents 74 of the 157 people killed. He has taken hundreds of depositions in complex aviation litigation over the years, including involvement in nearly every commercial crash in the U.S. over the past 40 years.
