Tracy Brammeier Honored as 2025 Top Women in the Law: Leaders Leaning In Recipient

Clifford Law Offices partner Tracy A. Brammeier has been named one of Law Bulletin Media’s 6th Annual Top Women in the Law honorees. Selected from over 400 nominations, Tracy was recognized for her outstanding leadership, dedication to advancing women in the legal profession, and her remarkable record of success in personal injury litigation matters. She will be honored at the Top Women in the Law: Leaders Leaning In reception on November 19, 2025, at Prime & Provisions.

A distinguished litigator, Tracy Brammeier handles high-stakes cases involving transportation, aviation, and catastrophic injuries, consistently securing justice for victims and their families. Her leadership has been critical in landmark recoveries, including a $35 million verdict for a pedestrian struck by a semi-truck and a $21.5 million verdict in a tragic drowning case. She also serves as court-appointed Liaison Counsel in the ongoing federal litigation surrounding the 2019 crash of Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302, demonstrating her extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional aviation matters and compassion in working with victims of negligence. Most recently, she is part of the firm’s team representing families impacted by the January 2025 crash of American Eagle Flight 5342 in Washington, D.C., demonstrating her continued commitment to aviation safety accountability.

Beyond the courtroom, Tracy is deeply dedicated to the legal community. She serves on the Board of Managers of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, is a former Chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section, and actively participates in the International Aviation Women’s Association and the American Association for Justice. Her service on the Chicago Bar Association’s Judicial Evaluation Committee underscores her dedication to upholding fairness and integrity in the judicial process. Her Law Bulletin recognition solidifies her influence as both a litigator and mentor.

    Congratulations, Tracy!
