Tracy A. Brammeier, partner at Clifford Law Offices, joined a roster of speakers at the Chicago Bar Association (CBA) for “The Ultimate ADR Seminar: A Conversation with ADR Experts” on September 24.
Brammeier spoke on “Managing the Mediation: How to Deal with the Hard Bargainer.” Two dozen speakers participated in various panels throughout the day, and discussed topics from “The Explosion of Mediation – Artificial Intelligence” to “Implicit Bias in ADR.” The program offered 5.5 hours of continuing legal education credit.
The Hon. Bridget McCormack, retired Chief Justice of the Michigan Supreme Court, and President and CEO of the American Arbitration Association, was the keynote speaker of the event.
The in-person event was held at the CBA, 321 South Plymouth Court, Chicago.
