Hebeisen, a past ITLA President and Editor of its Medical Malpractice Trial Notebook since 1992 used by lawyers across the state, will be speaking Dec. 1at the virtual seminar on “The Lost Chance Doctrine After Bailey v. Mercy Hospital.”
